Damaged Items only:

We only accept returns or refunds for unused items that arrive damaged or defective. If a customer receives a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. If the damages are not approved by our quality team, refund will not be processed. Any return or refund requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

How to Report Damage:

To report a damaged item, email our customer service team at contactus@99marginss.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damage.

Return Instructions:

Upon confirming the damage, we will provide the customer with instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged item, we will process a full refund to customer's original payment method. Refunds will only be processed for damages which are approved by our quality department after inspection. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in customer's account.

Exchanges or Replacements:

We currently do not offer exchanges or replacements. If a customer receives a damaged item and would like a replacement, please request a refund and place a new order within 7 days of receipt.
